Domestic Shipping
We ship across India via trusted logistics partners. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and product availability.
Orders above ₹1,999 qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold and is displayed at checkout.
International Imports
Many of our products are sourced internationally. These items typically take 2–4 weeks for delivery as they are shipped directly from the country of origin and cleared through Indian customs.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are included in the listed price. You will not be asked to pay additional charges on delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@wetwopets.com.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is currently not available.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if the wrong product was delivered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
