Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hello@wetwopets.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Please do not ship the product back without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
- Pet food and treats (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
